Rotterdam October 15, 2018: It is the first 24/7 dog and cat food collection point in the Netherlands in this market.
Big Dog Company is a physical store in Rotterdam, but with this new service Big Dog Company wants to focus more on its working customer base as well as on new customers, who often do not have the opportunity to come to the store during office hours. Of course there is also the delivery service, but the 24/7 collection point is another way, where the customer can decide when the order will be picked up.
How does it work?
The customer orders and pays via the webshop and then chooses “Pootstraat collection 24/7”. The order will be prepared for you and you will be assigned a PIN code to open the door with the special key app, whenever you want!
