Big Dog is happy to deliver your frozen products in a refrigerator-freezer combination in the Netherlands* and Belgium . This way, your frozen items are transported frozen to your door at a minimum of -18℃ for the entire journey! That's a nice feeling, isn't it?

And do you also want chunks, toys or other non-freezer products ? Which can! These are delivered to your home (unrefrigerated) together with your cold frozen food. And that too within 1-3 working days* !

*This applies to orders before 2:00 PM, provided everything is in stock or replaceable

How it works:

  • Order your freezer and possibly other products such as dry food, toys or supplements via the webshop. Pay easily via the site

  • Choose the "Delivery with fridge/freezer combination" option

  • You will receive an email from us on which day you can expect your items. This will usually be within 2 to 3 working days

  • On the day itself you will receive a track & trace code with a time when your items will be delivered.
