Do you only have dry food and other non -frozen products? We will then deliver quickly via Post
Orders are delivered by PostNL. This ensures fast delivery and you can track the package via a Track & Trace code. Do you order before 2 p.m.? We will then ship the order the same day. Because PostNL does not deliver on Mondays, weekend packages will be delivered on Tuesday.
For orders up to €75 and up to 30kg we charge €5.95 shipping costs.
Orders above €75 are shipped free of charge (up to 30 kg). If an order weighs more than 30KG (including filling and packaging materials), the order cannot be shipped in 1 package and additional shipping costs will be charged. We will contact you to discuss this.
Shipping to France and Belgium
Belgium: Free shipping above €100, below €7.50
France: Free shipping above €150.
*Non-frozen products are transported refrigerated.
