Isabel is the first in 2 years to think about something other than food allergies in our dog and she is still extremely involved in improving both health and behavior! I am extremely grateful to her, our dog finally has a lot more peace, we are not there yet, but we can now also tackle the behavioral problem! Both Isabel and the other Big Dog staff are very helpful, you always feel welcome and well served in the store. They have a wide range of different types of food, snacks and supporting resources.

Endless patience to work with us to find the right food for our dog who vomits very easily and does not like to eat. What a great thing this is! All kinds of healthy alternatives for your dog and very helpful staff. I already knew Big Dog, but I am completely in love with my new puppy. She grows like crazy and has a shiny coat. Even though she was not feeling well for a while, she is recovering quickly with specific nutritional advice from Isabel. Recommended!
